I'm Jeb, Owner/ Operator of 'Melbourne Guitar Repair' based in Brunswick, Melbourne, Australia.

 

I'm passionate about guitars. I've been playing them for over 30 years and working on them for over two decades.

I play electric and acoustic guitar as well as lap steel/ square-neck dobro and banjo.  

 

I guess you could say my first knowledge of guitar maintenance was born out of the necessity to keep my guitars in top shape as I've always been a keen live performer. Over the past 20 years

I've gained in-depth knowledge of guitar maintenance and repair having worked as a guitar technician in several guitar shops and as head warranty guitar repairer at one of Australia's largest guitar distributors 'Lamberti Bros'.

I record and perform with some amazing musicians and songwriters such as Kasey Chambers, Shane Nicholson and more. It gives you peace of mind to know your guitars are serviced and playing well, ready for your next gig or recording session but more importantly I find that when I pick up my guitar to play, I'm instantly inspired by the fact that it feels and sounds great, like it's singing to me. 

 

I understand that guitar players have different set-up requirements and how important it is that their guitars play just right. That's why all my work is guaranteed. I'm not happy unless you're happy.
